We are currently seeking a dedicated and vigilant full-time Armed Security Guard to join our team at a jewelry store in Concord, NC . This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in protecting high-value assets while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for employees and customers. Position Overview As an Armed Security Guard, you will be stationed on-site at the jewelry store, serving as a visible deterrent to crime and a reassuring presence for staff and patrons. Your responsibilities will include monitoring activity, responding to incidents, and enforcing security protocols to ensure a secure environment. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, sound judgment, and a commitment to professionalism at all times.

Pay:

Starting at $18..00 per hour

Shifts:

Schedule 1: Wednesday -Saturday, 10:30am-7:30pm 36 hour per week Schedule 2: Sunday, 11:30am-5:30pm Monday-Tuesday, 10:30am-7:30pm 24 hours per week Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of premises. Respond to incidents and manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor. Collaborate with law enforcement when required and maintain accurate incident reports. Deliver excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with leadership and professionalism.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Must be 21 years or older Experience with a handgun is preferred Must be able to pass a drug screening Must be able to pass a background check/criminal history Must possess a smartphone with an active cellular data plan Must possess a valid driver’s license Must be able to work independently Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time
