As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming environment. Your presence and routine patrols contribute to a sense of reassurance for staff, patients, and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to situations with professionalism. AM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. The working environment and conditions may vary depending on the location.

Minimum Requirements:

North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
