As a Security Guard – Manufacturing Location in New Bern, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication with team members and site personnel. You will contribute to a positive atmosphere by upholding our values of agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and working collaboratively with integrity.

PM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency responders as situations arise.

Minimum Requirements:

North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
