SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Security Guard to join our team in Fayetteville. This person will help maintain a secure work environment for the employees, visitors, and clients of our company in addition to other company assets.
Responsibilities Enforcement of company security policies & guidelines Being a visible security presence to deter potential security risks Conduct routine and random patrols & inspections of premise to identify and/or prevent damage or harmful behavior Respond to emergencies, alarms & security incidents in a rapid and precise manner Identifying security risks and incidents and reporting them via accurate & detailed Incident Reports to management Assist with oversight of access management, crowd management and traffic control Operate and maintain security equipment and/or systems (CCTV, etc.) Provide administrative support to management as needed Provide employee & guest assistance as needed0Eligibility Requirements A High School Diploma or GED certificate. Previous experience in security management or similar Verbal and written communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
