The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance, conflict management, and de-escalation , ensuring that all security protocols are followed diligently. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of suspicious activity. Responsible for maintaining safety and order for commercial property. Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances or incidents. Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution strategies. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential security risks or hazards. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure safety protocols are upheld.

Schedule:
12 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Holidays Monday to Friday Night shift On call Weekends as needed
