The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and event visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance, conflict management, and de-escalation , ensuring that all security protocols are followed diligently. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of suspicious activity. Responsible for maintaining safety and order at venues such as bars, clubs, and events Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances or incidents. Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution strategies. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential security risks or hazards. Guard entry points, and verify guests/visitors. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure safety protocols are upheld. Experience Previous experience in a security role is preferred; military or law enforcement background is a plus. PPSB Certification Required. Certification in CPR and First Aid is beneficial; additional security certifications are a plus. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
