• Plant Rounds in Rocky Mount, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication with team members and site personnel. You will contribute to a positive atmosphere by embodying our values of agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and working collaboratively with integrity.

AM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.
Support emergency response activities in accordance with established protocols for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

You must be at least 21 years of age.
North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
