Workplace Safety & Experience Ambassador Job Summary:

The Workplace Safety & Experience Ambassador is a key presence in a premier commercial office environment, ensuring tenants, employees, and visitors feel safe, supported, and welcomed. This role blends hospitality with situational awareness to maintain a secure and professional atmosphere throughout the building.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a friendly, professional presence in lobbies, common areas, and entry points to enhance the tenant and visitor experience. Monitor building access points and assist with visitor management procedures, ensuring compliance with building protocols. Conduct regular walkthroughs of the property to identify and report safety concerns, maintenance issues, or unusual activity. Act as a liaison between building management, tenants, and emergency services when necessary. Provide directions, answer questions, and assist with wayfinding or general inquiries. Support emergency preparedness efforts, including drills, evacuations, and incident response. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and tenant interactions. Collaborate with property management, janitorial, and maintenance teams to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a Class A office environment. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure or emergency situations. Familiarity with access control systems, visitor management platforms, and basic building operations is a plus. Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including early mornings or evenings.
