Job Description As a Security Professional – Distribution Site in Dunn, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more . As an unarmed patrol officer at this retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with staff and visitors. This post requires driving as part of your duties. You will contribute to a positive environment by working collaboratively with your team, demonstrating reliability, agility, and integrity in all interactions.

PM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity or security-related incidents. Assist in helping to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted behaviors within the retail environment. Document and report any security-related incidents or concerns according to site protocols. Collaborate with site staff and management to address concerns and maintain a welcoming environment for customers and employees.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. NC Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
