$16.00 – $16.00 Job Skills / Requirements Position Responsibilities Our Officers are responsible for providing quality physical security at the client site. Duties include, but are not limited to: Vehicular and foot patrol of the property, parking garages, and surface parking lots Maintain visitor control as directed by property management Respond to and assist in emergency situations as required Enforce property rules and regulations; Report unusual activity to property management Escort tenants to cars in the parking garage and parking lot Operate vendor provided vehicle to patrol the parking garage and surface parking; fuel Education Requirements (Any) High school diploma or equivalent Certification Requirements (All) North Carolina Guard Card
