Nova Nine Protection is now forming an elite “GO TEAM” — a special on-call unit of security professionals ready to step in last minute for emergency and same-day assignments across our expanding client network. This is a high-trust position ideal for disciplined, adaptable individuals who can move fast, respond professionally, and represent the Nova Nine standard on short notice. ⸻

Responsibilities:

Respond to same-day shift requests (with as little as 1-4 hours’ notice) Provide site coverage across bars, lounges, storefronts, apartment complexes, fire watch, and events Perform foot patrols, access control, ID checks, and post-order duties per assignment Remain on standby during designated “on-call” windows Communicate promptly with dispatch and site supervisors ⸻

Qualifications:

Must be PPSB Certified (Unarmed Security License – NC) Must be 21+ years old Minimum 6 months experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred Must have open availability on nights, weekends, and holidays Must own a professional uniform (black tactical or police-style) Reliable transportation and a working smartphone required Calm under pressure, high attention to detail, and excellent verbal communication Must be able to report to a site within 1 hour during on-call windows ⸻
