Job Description Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a ProfessionalSecurity Shift Supervisor. The Shift Security Supervisor willsupervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on aspecific shift at an assigned customer. The Security ShiftSupervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, AccountManager/Field Operations Manager and professional securityofficers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching,recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range. Mustbe able to Walk/ Stand for Long Periods of Time Ability to workwithout direct supervision (during shift)Ability to supervise andmanage shift per client and AUS requirements.

Paid WeeklyShiftsAvailable:

Evening 3PM – 11PM Saturday and Sunday $20 / hour

Qualifications/Requirements:

At least 18 years of age Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 yearsverifiable experience Must possess effective written and oral communication andinterpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels ofpersonnel and the general public in a professional and effectivemanner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgmentwithin established guidelines Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs inneat, legible handwriting; Must be able to read and understand all operating proceduresand instructions Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local lawsand regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Driving Positions:

must possess a valid Driver’s License withat least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (nomajor violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident inlast 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Companypolicy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required. As a condition of employment, employee must successfullycomplete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employmentdrug/alcohol test, may be required to pass Drivers Recordcheck Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wirelesstechnology at client specific sites Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at theclient site, calmly and efficientlyDisplay exceptional customerservice and communication skillsAbility to handle crisis situationsat the client site, calmly and efficientlyAble to: Work in various environments such ascold weather, rain/snow or heatOccasionally lift or carry up to 40poundsClimb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally duringshiftStand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time Closing Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
