This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively monitor premises, enforce rules, and respond to incidents as they arise. A strong background in security protocols and emergency response is essential. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Operate and maintain surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks. Enforce facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Document incidents, accidents, or unusual occurrences in detailed reports. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required. Engage in conflict management to de-escalate potentially volatile situations. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior. Experience Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is advantageous. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Skills in conflict management and emergency response are essential for this role.
