The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance, conflict management, and loss prevention, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed diligently. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Utilize CCTV systems to observe and report any suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations effectively. Manage conflicts professionally while ensuring the safety of all individuals involved. Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or emergencies. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Qualifications Proven experience in security or law enforcement is preferred. Strong skills in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment. A background in military service is a plus but not required. Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
