• Access Control in Vass, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more .

As an Access Control Officer at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, managing access points, and providing exceptional customer service and communication to residents and visitors. AM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to residents and guests by following access control procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to the residential community.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity or security-related incidents.
Document and report any security-related incidents or concerns according to established protocols.
Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and staff to address questions or concerns related to access control.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
