As a Security Officer – Utilities Patrol in Castle Hayne, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with staff and visitors. You will contribute to a positive environment by acting with integrity, working as part of a team, and demonstrating reliability and agility in your daily responsibilities.

PM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the facility.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site procedures.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
