As a Security Professional – Unarmed Rounds in Wilmington, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Our Security Officers are tasked with monitoring designated areas, contributing to a secure environment by being present and attentive. You will conduct routine checks, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This role requires agility, reliability, and a commitment to innovation, aligning with our values of teamwork and integrity. You will be part of a caring culture that prioritizes people, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and respect. This position does not require driving or carrying arms.

AM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and engage in emergency response activities when necessary.
Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

New South Wales Security Professional Guard Card required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
