• Unarmed Industrial Patrol in Wilmington, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with staff and visitors. You will contribute to a positive environment by acting with integrity and working collaboratively with your team. This post requires driving as part of your responsibilities.

PM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the facility.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site procedures.
Support efforts to help deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and regular patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or an equivalent program.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Hold a valid driver’s license that meets AU driver policy requirements.
Possess a law enforcement officer license.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
