Job DescriptionAllied Universal is seeking Flexible Armed Security Guards to workup to 40 hours a week at one of the North Carolina Department ofAdult Corrections Facilities. As a Armed Security Guard, you will be responsible forpatrolling the inside and outside areas of the CorrectionalFacilities. $21 / hour Must have a valid drivers license andreliable transportation to get you to assigned location. Experiencein armed security, corrections, military, or law enforcement is aplus, enhancing the ability to succeed in the role. Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients bycarrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policiesand when appropriate, emergency response activities Respond toincidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving mannerConduct regular and random patrols around the business andperimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by clientsite.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age for armedroles Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years ofverifiable experience As a condition of employment, applicants willbe subject to a background investigation in accordance with allfederal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will considerqualified applications with criminal histories in a mannerconsistent with applicable laws.
