PM Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by implementing access control procedures and adhering to site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
Assist in emergency response activities as needed.
Help to deter unauthorized access and report any security-related incidents.
Maintain a visible presence to help deter potential security-related incidents.
Collaborate with team members to address any access control issues that arise.
Minimum Requirements:
NC Security Professional Guard Card required.
Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
