• Overnight Shift in Maxton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity. Your presence and professionalism contribute to a secure environment for all employees and visitors.

AM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity within the food and beverage production environment.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help maintain authorized access to the location.
Document and report any unusual activity or incidents according to site protocols.
Assist employees and visitors with directions and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
