As an Armed Security Officer – Corrections Site – Part Time in Clinton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more . As an Armed Patrol Officer at this government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a secure environment. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, responding to incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. PM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor for and report any suspicious behavior or security-related incidents within the government facility.
Assist with access control by verifying identification and credentials as required by site policies.
Document and communicate observations, incidents, and activities according to established protocols.
Support emergency response efforts and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is required.
Armed Guard Card/License is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
