As an unarmed patrol officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, interacting with staff and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. This position requires driving as part of your responsibilities. You will contribute to a positive environment by working collaboratively with your team and upholding the values of reliability, agility, and integrity in all interactions.

AM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the food and beverage facility and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence throughout the assigned area.
Document and report any unusual observations or incidents according to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license in the state of employment is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements is required for driving positions.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
