Summary We are seeking a Restaurant Bar Security professional to join our team at The Trail House. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patrons and staff while maintaining a welcoming environment. Your contributions will help us continue to provide an enjoyable experience for all our guests. Responsibilities Monitor the premises to ensure the safety of guests and staff. Respond promptly to any incidents or disturbances that may arise. Collaborate with management to enforce house rules and maintain a positive atmosphere. Assist in crowd control during busy events or live performances. Conduct regular checks of the property to identify any potential security risks. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor. Requirements Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and staff. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations effectively. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
