• Morning Shift in Manson, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more .

As an Armed Patrol Officer in a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication with staff and visitors. This armed post requires professionalism and a commitment to upholding a secure environment, while embodying our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork. You will play a key role in supporting a caring culture that puts people first and always acts with integrity.

PM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for security-related incidents.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide assistance as required.
Document and report any security-related incidents or unusual activities according to established protocols.
Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when appropriate.
Adhere to all post orders and instructions specific to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

North Carolina Armed Security Professional License is preferred.
Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.
North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is required.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
