As we grow, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us achieve our goal by joining our team as Armed Emergency Response Security Officers! Emergency Response Officers (ERO) are responsible for coordinating responses to various emergencies, including natural disasters, accidents, and other critical incidents.. They assess situations, provide initial aid, and ensure appropriate emergency services are contacted and guided to the scene. They cooperate with appropriate emergency services while providing their own emergency security service. EROs play a crucial role in maintaining safety, minimizing damage, and facilitating a swift return to normal operations. Starting Pay:

$18-$21/hr, varying on experience. Increase in starting pay for former/retired/off-duty

Law Enforcement and Military Applicant Requirements :

MUST have

CURRENT ARMED NC PPSB

Certification MUST be available to work weekends MUST be able to pass a physical agility test prior to employment which consists of: 1.5 mile run within 17:30 minutes, 21 pushups within 2:00 minutes, and 30 sit-ups within 2:00 minutes MUST meet personal appearance standards including: Hair must be neat and clean at all times. Beard and mustaches must be cleaned and groomed at all times. MUST be alcohol and drug free while on duty. Great communication skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Workable smartphone Willingness to go through a criminal background check Ability to stand for 8 hours Ability to lift 30+ pounds as needed Ability to pass a drug screen

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred Qualifications :
