As a Security Officer – Healthcare Patrols in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more . As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, responding to situations as needed, and providing exceptional customer service and communication. AM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related incidents within the location.
Assist with access control and monitor entry points to help to maintain a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
Collaborate with healthcare staff and local authorities during emergencies or incidents as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
