As a Security Professional – Distribution Location in Fuquay Varina, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more . As an unarmed patrol officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication with team members and site personnel. This position requires a valid driver’s license, as driving may be part of your duties. PM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site policies.
Support emergency response activities and follow established protocols for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with AU Driver Policy requirements.
CPR certification is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
