As a Security Professional – Hospital Campus in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more . As a Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence for staff, patients, and visitors. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, responding to situations as needed, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. AM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Assist staff, patients, and visitors with directions and general information as needed.
Support emergency response activities according to established protocols for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
