As a Security Professional – Logistics Patrol in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more . As an unarmed patrol officer in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and providing outstanding customer service and communication to all individuals on site. AM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business premises and perimeter.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.
Support a secure environment by maintaining a visible presence and helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
Experience in customer service is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
