As a Security Professional – Unarmed Medical Campus in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with staff and visitors. You will contribute to a welcoming environment by responding to situations with professionalism and care, reflecting our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

PM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior or hazards.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to site protocols.
Assist staff, patients, and visitors with directions and information, contributing to a welcoming environment within the healthcare location.
Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when required, following established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
