As a Security Professional – Unarmed Medical Patrol in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with staff and visitors. PM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions within the location, documenting findings as required by site protocols.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and guiding visitors as needed.
Support healthcare staff and visitors by providing information and assistance related to security-related matters.
Participate in emergency response activities, following established procedures for incidents such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, or disturbances.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
