As a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) , you will make impacts in the following ways; Responsible for managing and implementing security measures, ensuring compliance with regulations, all while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Developing and implementing security protocols, conducting risk assessments, and providing security awareness training to employees, while safeguarding our company’s assets and reputation. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience or 7 or more years of experience in lieu of degree. Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the DoD SAP Manuals, ICDs and TEMPEST. Ability to apply the foregoing knowledge of government security requirements in a complex multi-level secure environment to ensure program compliance in non-routine situations. Ability to work independently to identify, assess & resolve unique security situations with innovative solutions geared to facilitate contract performance within the bounds of security requirements. Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on clear and cogent presentation of complex information. Demonstrate working knowledge of the DoD SAP Manuals & ICD series manuals. Ability to manage time, make sound decisions, take independent action, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions. Must have a professional demeanor, good people skills, ability to communicate effectively, and be able to perform in a multi-tasked, dynamic environment. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Multi-discipline security experience and expertise in the IC.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$81156 – $137964 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
