The Security and Surveillance Supervisor is responsible for supervising both the Surveillance and Security departments, protecting casino assets via CCTV and ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, and property.

Qualifications:
Must-Haves:

Minimum of four (4) years of work experience in casino surveillance or security, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Associate degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience preferred. Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to alcohol and tobacco. Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by the applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by our operating standards.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit for extended periods (CCTV monitoring) and stand/walk for long durations (security patrols). Ability to work in confined spaces with low lighting. Must have excellent vision and hearing. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, run, and respond quickly in emergency situations. Ability to operate a bicycle, golf cart, or other vehicles as needed. Ability to ascend and descend stairs and work in extreme hot or cold temperatures.

Impact:

Supervise Surveillance and Security team members, ensuring both departments operate in alignment with company policies and gaming regulations. Monitor and protect casino assets, guests, and team members using closed circuit television (CCTV) and physical security protocols. Observe activities on the casino floor, cage, count rooms, change booths, atrium, and parking areas for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or violations. Operate CCTV and monitor room equipment proficiently. Responsible for the daily storage, issuance, repair, inventory, accountability, tracking and reporting of all keys, locks. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to key transactions and security incidents. Implement and maintain procedures for key management in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Review reports, conduct investigations, and document incidents in a timely, accurate manner. Ensure proper response and reporting for guest complaints, injuries, and incidents. Communicate and implement department procedures according to internal controls and regulatory requirements. Assist with department scheduling, training, and development initiatives. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff. Meet with other departmental leadership as needed to ensure operational coordination. Maintain thorough knowledge of Table Games, gaming regulations, and security protocols. Other duties as assigned. Skills to

Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, monitoring tools, and security protocols. Ability to analyze and interpret operational needs and solve routine problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stay focused under pressure and in a fast-paced, interruptive environment. Ability to read and understand memos, write reports, and use telecommunication tools effectively. Knowledge of OSHA regulations, state gaming regulations, and legal identification documents. First Responder certification preferred. Valid driver’s license required.
