WORK SCHEDULE
Tuesday-Saturday,3pm-12am
SALARY:
$18.45/hr. The 2nd shift Security Guard isresponsible for working with the security team to provide a safeand secure living and working environment for staff and studentsages 16-24. This position oversees security details and uses properjudgment and discretion to resolve student and staff issues andconcerns. Conducts investigations of accidents and incidents withthe goal of resolution and reduction of future occurrences.

JobResponsibilities:
Helps maintain a safe and secure environment oncenter Complies with DOL/Company reporting requirements Compiles,analyzes and summarizes safety/security data and takes appropriateactions to resolve issues and concerns Coordinates staff coverageto ensure student areas are supervised Helps conduct and documentCenter-wide safety and accident prevention training Conducts anddocuments incident and accident investigations per establishedtimelines and requirements Conducts routine safety inspections andassessments of all Center equipment and facilities to identifypotential safety and security hazards Responsible for Centersecurity, visitor control and student accountability Other dutiesas assigned Qualifications Must be 21 years or older to apply HighSchool Diploma or equivalent required A minimum of one yearmilitary, law enforcement, or security experience required A validdriver’s license required Physical requirements include sitting,standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing,carrying, reaching, stooping, and crouching “Adams and Associates,Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a)and 60-741.5(a).
