WORK SCHEDULE

THU-MON 11:30pm-8:30am/

TUE-WED Off SALARY:

$18.45/hr. The 3rd shift Security Guard isresponsible for working with the security team to provide a safeand secure living and working environment for staff and studentsages 16-24. This position oversees security details and uses properjudgment and discretion to resolve student and staff issues andconcerns. Conducts investigations of accidents and incidents withthe goal of resolution and reduction of future occurrences.

Job Responsibilities:

Helps maintain a safe and secure environmenton center Complies with DOL/Company reporting requirementsCompiles, analyzes and summarizes safety/security data and takesappropriate actions to resolve issues and concerns Coordinatesstaff coverage to ensure student areas are supervised Helps conductand document Center-wide safety and accident prevention trainingConducts and documents incident and accident investigations perestablished timelines and requirements Conducts routine safetyinspections and assessments of all Center equipment and facilitiesto identify potential safety and security hazards Responsible forCenter security, visitor control and student accountability Otherduties as assigned Qualifications Must be 21 years or older toapply High School Diploma or equivalent required A minimum of oneyear military, law enforcement, or security experience required Avalid driver’s license required Physical requirements includesitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/orpushing, carrying, reaching, stooping, and crouching “Adams andAssociates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a),60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
