As an Armed Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in preventing loss and ensuring the safety of individuals on the premises. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to detect suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Conduct thorough inspections of premises to identify potential security risks. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents. Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations. Prepare detailed reports of incidents, observations, and actions taken. Requirements Valid armed Sora Card. Proven experience in security roles; prior law enforcement or military experience is required. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention strategies. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations.
