Security Officer Rosa International Group N Brunswick, NJ 08902 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively monitor premises, enforce rules, and respond to incidents as they arise. The Security Officer will play a crucial role and ensuring the safety of all individuals on site. Ideal candidate must be able to work on outside conditions. HAVE A VALID

S.O.R.A and be able to work weekends open shifts are weekdays 1pm-7pm and Saturday, Sunday 11am-7pm. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to incidents Enforce facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required. Document incidents and prepare reports as needed for management review. Assist in conflict management situations to de-escalate tensions effectively. Previous experience in security preferred but not necessary. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must pass background checks as required by company policies.
