The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. Candidates with experience in law enforcement, loss prevention, or military service are encouraged to apply. Schedule Saturday & Sunday 7am-3pm •also looking for a FLEX officer to work as needed• Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Conduct regular inspections of premises, including surveillance of CCTV systems. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary. Document incidents and prepare reports on security-related activities. Collaborate with local law enforcement when required for investigations or emergencies. Engage in conflict management to de-escalate potentially volatile situations. Experience Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred. Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and surveillance systems is advantageous. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
