Security Officer Responsibilities:

Conduct routine patrols Manage access control to the facility Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies Collaborate with nursing home staff, emergency services and relevant authorities Document and report any security incidents Conflict Resolution Conduct security orientation for new employees Participate in regular security meetings

Qualifications:

HS diploma or equivalent Weekend requirements Training in or certification in security management is a plus Prior experience is preferred Strong observational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle challenging situations tactfully Physical fitness and ability to perform foot patrols and respond to emergencies quickly Understanding of emergency response protocols and first aid procedures Complete Care at Hamilton Plaza is an equal opportunity employer. #LI-AM1 #CC2024 061125
