• Unarmed Patrol in Wayne, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. This position primarily involves driving throughout the premises. You will interact with staff and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. PM Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
Help to deter unwanted activity through visible presence and attentive patrols.
Document and report any unusual activity or incidents according to site protocols.
Assist visitors and staff with directions or information as needed while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
New Jersey Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
This is primarily a driving post and prior experience in driving roles is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
