Description Stonebridge at Montgomery is seeking highly skilled Security Guards to join our team! $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Position! Stonebridge at Montgomery is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Skillman, NJ. We are looking for full-time and part-time Security Guards to join our team. Our Security Guards are responsible for the overall safety and security of the facilities and community.
Responsibilities:
+ Respond to resident calls and requests. + Respond to calls regarding the facility and determine an appropriate course of action. + Assist with visitor requests and providing escorts to areas of the community. + Must be able to interact respectfully and effectively with seniors, staff, and visitors, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism in all situations. + Responsible for ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the premises and for maintaining accurate records of all visitors, vendors, and deliveries. + Required to handle sensitive information about residents and operations discreetly, in compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA). + Ability to calmly and effectively manage disputes, misunderstandings, or behavioral incidents involving residents, guests, or staff using non-confrontational techniques. + Comfortable using CCTV, electronic access control systems, and mobile communication devices to monitor and secure the premises. + Respond to the fire alarm system, read emergency fire panel, and take appropriate action. + Respond to the emergency call system. Meet ambulance and escort paramedics into the building. Secure apartments of residents taken to hospital. + Make rounds and check empty apartments. + Become familiar with all circuit breaker locations. + Outside patrol – making rounds during inclement weather for safety issues.
Education and Experience:
+ Highschool Diploma or equivalent required + Experience in security preferred

Tuition Reimbursement Pay Rate:
