Stonebridge at Montgomery is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Skillman, NJ. We are looking for full-time and part-time Security Guards to join our team. Our Security Guards are responsible for the overall safety and security of the facilities and community.

Responsibilities:

Respond to resident calls and requests. Respond to calls regarding the facility and determine an appropriate course of action. Assist with visitor requests and providing escorts to areas of the community. Must be able to interact respectfully and effectively with seniors, staff, and visitors, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism in all situations. Responsible for ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the premises and for maintaining accurate records of all visitors, vendors, and deliveries. Required to handle sensitive information about residents and operations discreetly, in compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Ability to calmly and effectively manage disputes, misunderstandings, or behavioral incidents involving residents, guests, or staff using non-confrontational techniques. Comfortable using CCTV, electronic access control systems, and mobile communication devices to monitor and secure the premises. Respond to the fire alarm system, read emergency fire panel, and take appropriate action. Respond to the emergency call system. Meet ambulance and escort paramedics into the building. Secure apartments of residents taken to hospital. Make rounds and check empty apartments. Become familiar with all circuit breaker locations. Outside patrol – making rounds during inclement weather for safety issues.

Education and Experience:

Highschool Diploma or equivalent required Experience in security preferred
