Job Description:

Fusion Recovery Centers LLC is seeking a reliable and dedicated Security Guard to join our team at our substance abuse outpatient clinic. This full-time position is essential in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol the parking lot to ensure the safety of clients and staff. Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security issues. Respond to any incidents or emergencies as needed. Conduct regular checks of the premises and report any suspicious activity. Assist clients and visitors with questions and direct them as necessary. Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Must have Guard Card. Previous security experience preferred, particularly in healthcare settings. Excellent observational and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergencies. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including rotating Saturdays.
