Job DescriptionAllied Universal® is hiring a Armed Cleared Security Officer. AtAllied Universal, the Armed Cleared Security Officer is entrustedwith sensitive information and given the responsibility to protectclassified information and personnel. As an Armed Cleared SecurityOfficer, you’ll receive specialized training in site-specificsecurity protocols associated with your clearance level, allowingfor skill development and professional growth in the securityfield.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide high quality security services,safeguarding personnel, property, and information Conduct patrolswithin and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle toensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive orclassified information Preserve order and enforces rules,regulations, and directives for the viability of the site Greetguests and employees, assisting where appropriate; escort visitorsand contractors, secure ingress and egress points, secureclassified information Follow site-specific performance manuals andpost orders, reporting safety concerns, security breaches, andunusual circumstances via written and verbal communication;interact with client and/or other security personnel regardingorder execution when appropriate Respond to and assesses securityalarms or emergency alarms; act as a first responder in emergencysituations and provide first aid as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

(MUSTHAVE): Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 yearsof verifiable experience Must be able to obtain a Department ofDefense (DoD) position appropriate level security clearance(national security eligibility determinations take into account aperson’s stability, trustworthiness, reliability, discretion,character, honesty, and judgment) Licensing requirements aresubject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may berequired prior to employment Must have a minimum of three (3) yearsof law enforcement, military, or private armed security experienceMinimum of 21 years of age (or higher if required by the state)Must be a United States Citizen in order to obtain the requiredgovernment clearance Must be able to articulate and write clear andconcise incident or situation reports

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

(NICE TO HAVE): Associate’s degree or higher In Criminal Justice,Business, or a related field
