10 Days of Event Coverage Urgent Opening Ares Security has an immediate need for professional Event Security Officers for a special 10-day event in Brooklyn. We are hiring now to ensure we have a top-notch team ready to go. This is a great opportunity for reliable security professionals to be part of an exciting, short-term event. We are looking for people who can think on their feet, handle dynamic situations, and work well with the public. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities): Manage crowds and provide directions to keep the event orderly. Check bags and tickets at entrances. Patrol the event grounds to prevent and respond to any issues. Act quickly and calmly in any emergency situations. Work closely with event staff and local authorities. What You Need (Qualifications): At least 2 year of security experience, especially at live events. A valid New York State Security Guard License is required. F-03 or F-04 Certificate of Fitness is a plus. A high school diploma or GED. Excellent communication skills for handling large crowds. Must be able to stand for long periods in a busy environment.
