Security Guard 3G Security Long Beach, NY 11561 Security Guards NEEDED for
LONGTERM OVERNIGHT

11:00pm x 7:00am
Days of The Week:
Wednesday Through Sunday Each Guard Must Possess A Valid NYS Security Guard License and Valid Drivers License. Each guard MUST be able to walk the site while conducting security check points during each working shift. Further details to follow at interview. If Interested email your name and cell# and someone in the office will call you immediately for an interview Duties Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Monitor CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to ensure safety and security protocols are followed. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary. Conduct regular inspections of premises, ensuring all entry points are secure and reporting any irregularities. Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate potential disturbances or confrontations. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft risks and implementing preventive measures. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences for reporting purposes. Qualifications Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not mandatory. Certification in security-related fields is highly desirable (e.g., security guard certification). Proficient in the use of CCTV systems and surveillance technology. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies is an advantage. Certification in CPR and First Aid is beneficial; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail, ensuring no potential threats go unnoticed.
