The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond to emergencies, and effective conflict management capabilities. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of individuals and property through proactive surveillance and enforcement of security protocols. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Assist in conflict management situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques when needed. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary. Conduct loss prevention measures to minimize theft or damage to property. Provide first aid and CPR assistance as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus. Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Familiarity with surveillance equipment (CCTV) and monitoring systems. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
