The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to night watch (some day hours on weekend), utilizing surveillance techniques and conflict management skills to prevent loss and ensure safety. Responsibilities Monitor active construction sites through regular patrols with company vehicle Conduct thorough inspections of property to identify potential risks or damage to property. Prevent trespass in posted construction areas. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or suspicious activities. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences. Utilize smart phone and dedicated app to take pictures of construction site, equipment, and suspicious activity. Qualifications Valid Driver’s license with a clean driver history. Consistent work history showing dedication to timeliness. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
