Role:

We are seeking a professional, observant, and reliable Armed Security Officer to protect residents, and property at a residential community. The ideal candidate will provide a welcoming presence while enforcing community rules and maintaining a secure environment.

Responsibilities:

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas via patrol. Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or alarms. Maintain detailed logs and daily reports. Enforce property rules and ensure safety compliance. Liaise with property management and emergency responders as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid armed security license (SORA/ACT 235/etc.) Previous security experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay calm and professional in emergencies. Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Preferred:

Experience in residential, HOA, or multi-family properties. Bilingual skills a plus.

Job Types:

$20.00 per hour

Schedule:
